Laura Fayerman
Head of Strategy
Laura is a passionate foodie and gets joy from the way cooking can connect people. Spending time in the innovation space, Laura is keen for Travelling Kitchen to really understand the people it is providing experiences for and meeting their needs.
Alison Bryden
Founder & Managing Director
Alison loves food and bringing people together to cook and eat. She has worked with many inspiring people in the worlds of cheffing, sustainability, creative arts and education and wants to help others experience a sense of connection and inspiration through food.
Anson Tan
Operations Manager
Anson loves to share in the joy and wonders of food through science, cooking and especially eating.
He is highly motivated to help others experience and understand that there is always so much more to understand and enjoy with the food around us.

and no cost food experiences for kids and whānau experiencing food hardship.
Our food experiences are designed to be as inclusive as possible, and we aim to minimise the environmental impacts of our work.
